Plain version: Snug is free, it is a small project rather than a company, it will try not to lose your plan, and you should not rely on it for anything that matters if it vanishes.

What Snug is

A free tool for laying out a week of hobbies, and optionally copying that week to your Google calendar. There is no paid tier, no subscription and no charge of any kind. Nothing in Snug costs money, so there is nothing hidden to find.

Using it

You need to be 16 or older. Use it for your own planning. Do not try to break it, overload it, or use it to reach anyone else’s data. The community garden is shared and unauthenticated. It holds only plants, so treat it as a public space and expect it to be reset from time to time.

Your plan is yours

What you write in Snug belongs to you. Snug stores it so it can show it back to you across devices, and does nothing else with it.

No promises about uptime

Snug is offered as it is. It may be unavailable, may lose data, and may stop existing. It comes with no warranty, and liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows, which for a free tool with no revenue is effectively nothing. Keep anything you genuinely cannot lose somewhere else as well.

Calendar writes

When you sync, Snug creates events and, on the next sync of the same week, deletes the ones it previously created. It only ever removes events it wrote itself. With a calendar link, nothing is written anywhere: your calendar app reads the weeks you synced from the link, on its own schedule. Either way it is still your calendar and your responsibility to check the result, and a calendar link is yours to keep private.

Ending it

Delete your account whenever you like, from the account menu in the app. Access may be withdrawn if the service is being abused.
